Shots taken at Control Point (CP) 15 at Newark, N.Y. in early 1979 along Conrail's former NYC main line. The soon to be abandoned Marion branch crossed over the main line here on a long truss bridge. CP15 was at the west end of the controlled siding, which was the the remaining 4th track of the NYC's 4-track main line.
