MLW 167 was a Tip-Top-Tap lounge car built in 1947 for the Olympian Hiawatha and formerly owned by the Northern Central tourist line out of New Freedom, Pa. When NCRR ceased operations, it was stored with many other cars from the NCRR at the Letterkenny Army Depot Business Park near Scotland, Pa. It's looking a bid sad here in Oct. 2006.
I had a quick look at the 261 groups cars while my ride (Empire Builder) stopped at the Minneapolis Midway station in June, 2010.
