Reading & Northern 425 in 2009
Reading & Northern's pacific #425 excursion to Jim Thorpe on May 16, 2009 was the main attraction, but an added bonus was a tour of the CNJ-painted F3s stored nearby. While awaiting the train, we explored the adjacent abandoned tunnel of the CNJ's former parallel main line through town.
